Hotel Revenue Management

Our Revenue Managers ensure that your PMS drops the data into our Revenue Management System. As a result, our experts always maintain the overview of pick-ups, forecast, ADR, RevPAR and budgets.

Every day the multiple KPI’s and statistics are used to assess whether prices should be adapted. Other than that, we are specialized in recognizing patterns for any day type. We will make sure to visit you weekly or monthly to discuss the results and our cooperation, however, of course you always have the possibility to monitor our effort.

Channel Management & PMS

At IFHG, we have years of experience with installing different PMS systems for hotels – whether a hotel has 25 or 250 rooms. As a result, our Revenue Managers are very knowledgeable regarding the most common systems. We ensure a perfect connection between your PMS and the Online Travel Agents through the channel management system. Connecting the two systems prevents rate-parity and overbooking complications.

Revenue Training

Awareness amongst employees is an essential element of Revenue Management. Which is why we regularly organize Revenue Management trainings for front office and reservations employees and if necessary your own Revenue Manager.

Our Revenue Management experts can facilitate 1 or 2 day trainings at location to share their broad knowledge regarding the content of Revenue Management. How employees can contribute and how it comes together in practice. This way Revenue Management becomes a common activity that drives the business operation of your hotel.

Interim

Is your Revenue Manager temporarily absent/unavailable? Even though a hotel might experience times of lower occupancy, your hotel is open 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Therefore, it is crucial that Revenue Management activities continue.

We are happy to assist in employing an interim Revenue Manager, for two to three days per week in the hotel, from the headquarters or from our office.
