Beach Hotel Zandvoort
During the pre-opening phase of Beach Hotel Zandvoort, IFHG has provided the hotel advice regarding Revenue Management, hotel systems and online distribution. IFHG has set up the entire revenue management policy and structure, organized the PMS installation and set up all distribution channels. This resulted in a smooth start and optimal occupancy from day one.
Ibis Styles Haarlem City
For a new hotel that had to be built, the general manager was looking for the right hotelbrand. IFHG has assisted in looking for and selecting the right chain. Once the choice for Ibis Styles was set, IFHG organized the room division in a way to get the maximum from the rooms and the building. Besides, IFHG has also set up the revenue management policy and the complete technological infrastructure (TV, telephone, WiFi and cameras).
Ammonite Hotel Amstelveen
Three months before the opening, IFHG set up and executed the revenue management policy and installed all distribution channels. IFHG has also taken care of the online branding by setting up the website and making the hotel bookable online, also by the use of opening promotions. This succesful online branding can be recognized from the maximum online visibility which resulted in high occupancy On The Books even before the opening.

Radisson Blu Palace Hotel – Noordwijk aan Zee
For the rebranding of a stand-alone hotel, IFHG helped finding the right chain. It was important that the chain would fit well with the location and MICE facilities of the hotel. During the rebranding, IFHG has set up and transferred all the systems (PMS, GDS, RMS and CRS).
Amsterdam Tropen Hotel
The board of KIT had chosen to end the management agreement with NH in order to rebrand to a standalone hotel. IFHG assisted in the digitalization and automation, amongst their tasks were setting up the PMS, channel manager and distribution channels. After the rebranding phase, Amsterdam Tropen Hotel was able to successfully perform as a standalone hotel.
